Finale Part 2

Chapter 39 (Previous Chapter)

''It only takes a second to change mind, It takes lifetime to build something but in an instant it becomes a wreck. Life was never easy for anyone, everyone struggles according to the amount of responsibilities upon them. I tried to. I failed too, I succeeded too. I had the most happiest of moments and I had the most grieved ones too. My life was a complete contrast of a rainbow's colors except that it rained on my head too. It rather comforted me, it relieved me and I was born again. Out of the deepest of my grieves I was taken away, far far away like the fairy tales princesses. Those who are revived from their curses for a new life. I was a never a good mother but I know that you were a great husband and a great father just like my father was for me you were for Liz, now that I am getting married again I'm here to tell you Taylor, my love for you never faded, never decreased even though you are not with me in presence but you always remain with me and within me. Ben has lifted me up from my evils and I love him too, you would have done the same if you were in my place, maybe you would have done it a lot sooner. I know I'm lazy and always stay behind from the world and from what's right but it's not my fault. Or is it? You left me two years ago and life had shown me all shades and suns in that while. Your daughter is growing and I fear that she might not remember you for she takes Ben as her father and I won't resist in that as I don't want her to go from all that darkness which became a part of me. Ben is a great person, I am not saying this because he's my friend no, because he loves your daughter like a father. I must go now as everyone's waiting for me. We shall meet again.'' she got up from Taylor's grave and placed his favorite flowers upon the grave. Decorating it. Lilac's aroma filled the place.
She sat in her car and drove off. She didn't tell anyone about where she was going, all her family and friends were waiting for her on the venue of her wedding. She came here unannounced because she wanted to talk to Taylor in secrecy.
She arrived in her home's garden where she was getting married.
Sam and Jenny who were married a month ago came here straight from there short trip.Tim and Elayne were invited too and they were rejoicing on this happy moment. In fact Dylan himself was their host and insisted that both of them stayed at his place during and after the wedding as long as they were in the country. Rachel was delighted even more than she was during Tina's first wedding. Dylan was continuously chatting with Rachel. He had changed completely since Carla had left and every one was taking note of that.
''Well done my son I am so happy that our family is happy now, I was heart broken after Helena died, I had no hope for a good life but you deserved this.'' he tapped his back.
''My friends I have an announcement to make, I always wanted a daughter but I didn't have one. Christina has always been my daughter, I walked her the aisle once before as well and still I did and this time I am so delighted that she is really my daughter now. Drink and enjoy yourselves as much as you can and Tim, I also want to talk to you about many many things but I can't about so much because these lads and girls will get bored of me.'' everyone laughed.
''You are so much like your mother do you know that?'' Dylan said looking at Elayne.
''Yes she takes after her mother not only appearance but nature and speech as well.'' Tim agreed.
''Come on you all dinner is being served and everyone is going to the table.'' Rachel came and took Elayne.
''Wait Rachel come and sit with us for a moment, Elayne dear you go join your brother and don't forget to take all his money. He has many for you.''  Dylan sent her and Rachel sat down.
''You look so delighted and relieved I hope you don't faint due to your joy.'' Tim said to Rachel who laughed and began to cry.
''It happens always with mothers.'' Dylan gave her a drink.
''What's for us more important than seeing our children happy and most importantly taking life seriously I can't tell you both what my daughter has been through it was like she died and came back to life.'' she sighed and took a deep breath.
''Yes I saw them both when they came to Paris, they both loved each other a lot and losing a loved one is serious only a strong person can overcome it. My days are never the same without Helena. I still feel like she's around I never get used to the reality that she's no more with me.'' Tim was in a trance.
''She was always like this full of life, her love of life was the main thing I fell for her too bad that I favored business upon her and that made her fragile heart break into two. Not only that, I kept her from her son which is a dreadful thing, I don't know what good I did in life that she forgave me for the cruelty I did with her.'' Dylan was hysterical.
''You did what you did it's in the past now don't worry yourself on the night of your son's wedding. He is happy with you Helena forgave you then forget it although I believe every error we make in life is a lesson that it shall not be done again. I raised Tina alone without a father and look where she is now. Being a single parent is not that bad.'' Rachel tapped his back.
''I agree, before we become a silent movie and get thrown out of the celebration let's join our children.'' Tim got up and they followed.

It was a night of happiness and tranquility, everyone was dancing and enjoying. The weather was breezy as if celebrating with them.
Ben was in seventh heaven, he had got what he desired the most in his life. He rose from the ground and made himself better in order to be the one who truly deserved Tina. He couldn't count his sleepless nights or his sorrows when Tina married. He was alone. Yet he couldn't believe what he was given. It suddenly turned in to a storm, everyone began to run inside. Wind was in much speed and the lights were falling. Then a thunder roared and in an instant it began raining.
''Tina come let's go inside hurry it's a storm.'' Ben gathered her gown and took her inside.
''It's said to be good luck too have rain on a wedding.'' Sam gave the drenched Ben a towel.
''It's not rain it's a storm.'' Tina looked at the thunder.
''There was no chance of rain today otherwise we wouldn't have arranged outdoor dining.'' Rachel said looking out of the window.
''Let's celebrate inside does it matter that we are in a gazebo?'' Dylan laughed and so did the others.
Tina and Ben drove all the way to their new home. Although Tina had already declared that she and Ben will live in her home which was the home of her and Taylor and Ben had agreed. They only came here for their honeymoon.
''It's a pity you had to drive in such weather we could have waited for morning.'' Tina said when they reached their magnanimously beautiful crystal home.
''It doesn't matter rain or sunshine when we are together. According to the tradition the lady of the house is carried by the lord of the house inside the house.'' Ben said and opened the door. It had stopped raining now and the night was clear.
''Wouldn't you ask where did I go before the wedding?'' Tina said after changing her dress.
''It's your choice if you don't see necessary to tell me about it then you should keep it to yourself.'' Ben had made coffee.
''I don't want to keep anything from you, thus you must know that I went to Taylor's grave. I wanted to tell him about all that happened.'' she toyed with her mug looking outside at the sea.
''Dylan has really gifted us a piece of art.'' she looked at the serious Ben.
''I'm glad you liked it.''
Tina slept instantly and Ben lay awake. He was having trouble sleeping. They had came to his house in Malibu which Dylan gifted to both of them as a wedding present. They both decided to stay here for some days and Liz was with Rachel. The house was named by Dylan ''Glass house'' it's design was all glass. It had so unnumbered roof length windows all of glass.
Ben was being haunted by the glass even more. The view of sea's waves were as clearly visible from here as he was sitting just near them. The moon's light was filled in every corner of the house. It made him more crazy, it was as he had earned these sleepless nights in return of his desire. Desire as if he had given a great deal for his wish. He really had. Or was his big plan and surprise making it harder to wait for tomorrow night. Something he had planned specially for the girl he loved most in the world more than anything else.
